   Muscat — Mutrah souq & Corniche

   Meet at MCT. 3–4 star harbour hotel. Mutrah souq and a Corniche walk at dusk.

2. 2

   Tiwi & Sur — Bimmah, Wadi Shab, Wadi Mibam

   East along the coast: Bimmah sinkhole, Wadi Shab (boat, walk, swim), Wadi Mibam / Tiwi. Overnight toward Sur.

   Sleeps at Tiwi Coast House · Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

3. 3

   Night in Sur

   A full night in Sur. Dhow yards and the working harbour — the hinge of the east coast.

4. 4

   Ras al Hadd, night in Wahiba

   Morning at Ras al Hadd / the eastern cape. Afternoon into the Wahiba sands; camp night.

   Nizwa souq & castle, night on Jebel Akhdar

   Nizwa souq and fort, then up the checkpoint to a 4x4 night on Jebel Akhdar.

6. 6

   Jebel Akhdar

   A full morning on the Saiq Plateau — terraces, villages — then a second night on the mountain.

   Bahla, back to Muscat

   Bahla fort and walls on the interior road, then return to a Muscat hotel.

   Dimaniyat Islands — swim & snorkel

   Boat to the Dimaniyat reserve. Swimming and snorkelling, back to MCT in time for the flight.
